sometimes you may forget where you live

and then you go for an unexpected evening walk.



and then you remember why you didn't leave when you were supposed to.

    I used to say that all the time.

    (Hello! I was linked to your journal from a friend's. I live off and on in Paris while my husband researches for his dissertation, but mostly, we live in Philadelphia. You've made me homesick, but in a good way.)
